Report faults
Maintenance work is done from Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm. The maintenance person rings the door bell, but if the door is not opened they will use the master key if permission for this has been granted. You will always be informed when a maintenance visit has been done, by the service person leaving a note in your apartment.
Please note that urgent faults, like water leakages or door opening requests must always be done by phone, 09 804 63 201. The number is in use 24/7.
