Maintenance program

Matinkylän Huolto Oy has created and developed property and housing companies' maintenance  programs since the year 2000. Maintenance programs are tools for controlling the technical condition of the properties and it is available for our customers.

All our customer housing companies have at their disposal an annually updated 10-year maintenance program that meets the requirements of the Housing Coopertaive law, determing the need for repair even more extensively than the law requires.
